Thanks for visiting the acreptiles.com online store.  The best way to contact me directly is via email, using the form below.  I prefer email because I deal with so many people each day.  It's much easier to remember who you talk to, and about what, when you have emails to go back and look at later.  Another issue is that I get phone calls constantly from people wanting to sell me something, which can eat up a lot of my day.

All customers will receive an order confirmation email that includes my personal mobile phone number.

I try to answer all emails within 1-2 business days during the week.  This means if you email on Thursday, I will get back to you by Monday, etc.

However - sometimes travel or other obligations prevent that from happening. If you do not hear back from me within 2 business days, please do not freak out.  Just send another email to make sure I received your message - or give me a call (phone number listed in your order confirmation email).  I've been selling reptiles online for over 10 years now, I run a legitimate licensed breeding facility (not in my basement), and I'm not going anywhere. :-)

I try to answer email in the order it's received, but I do place a higher priority on time sensitive matters, such as emails pertaining to shipping or customer service.  Although you can place an order in our online store at any time, we are not open for business on Saturday or Sunday.  We ship a lot of our orders out on Mondays, so please be patient if your email from the weekend is not answered until Tuesday.
