Thanks for visiting ACReptiles.com.  The best way to contact me directly is via email.  I like to talk reptiles (that's usually what gets me in trouble!), but I simply can't get to every call that comes in.    A lot of breeders have employees who take phone calls, but I don't like it when I call a breeder to ask about an animal I want and end up speaking to an employee who isn't really familiar with the animal - or worse, I get the breeder on the phone, but someone else posted the ad and he/she doesn't know anything about the animal themselves. Every reptile I sell is photographed by me personally, and I know my animals.  All that being said, I prefer to deal with all of my customers personally and email is the only feasible way to do that.

Please understand that I run a professional breeding facility, not a pet store or even a website like Amazon.com - we are reptile breeders and as such, our "products" require maintenance and attention - something we don't skimp on here. 

I try to answer all emails within 1-2 business days during the week, but sometimes travel or other obligations prevent that from happening. If you do not hear back from me within 2 business days, do not freak out.  Just send another email to make sure I received your message.  Bottom line, I've been selling reptiles online for over 8 years now - this is not a hobby business where I can just pack up and close up shop tomorrow - we have over 3,000 animals to care for and this is anything but a fly by night operation.

I try to answer email in the order it's received, but I do place a higher priority on time sensitive matters, such as emails pertaining to shipping.  Although you can place an order in our online store at any time, we are not open for business on Saturday or Sunday.  We ship a lot of our orders out on Mondays, so please be patient if your email from the weekend is not answered until Tuesday.
